The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms 3 double,1 twin. A Large living/dining room.

To prepare food you will find everything you need, including cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and breville, plus all cutleries, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils.
There is also an ironing board and iron.

The villa has a large television with surround sound, DVD and Satellite system; there is also a music system with radio that plays CDs and tapes.

The villa is set on a quiet complex just on the outskirts of Kusadasi Centrum. The local Dolmus stops outside about every 5 minutes and will take you to all the local places of interest for about 40p. These include Long Beach, Ladies Beach, Bar Street, local market and a choice of three fabulous water parks. For a little extra you can visit sites like Ephesus and the Virgin Mary's house.

There is a sea view from the upper balcony and lovely panoramic views of the mountains. There are a selection of shops, bars and restaurants just outside the complex, with Yavansu beach 200m away to either enjoy a swim or just sit and relax and watch the sun go down.

Rental Price range for a week is between £150 to £315 in peak season.
