look for Safety, Quality and Security
in all our properties.
Our Safety
Advisor will make recommendations on such
things as unsafe balconies, lifts, swimming
pools and stairs.
He will also look at fire escapes, fitted
appliances, door and window security.
We also look at overall security of the
complex so your holiday home is secure
when you are not there.
Making these changes at the planning stage
makes very little difference to the property
price, giving you peace of mind at no
extra cost.

You are strongly
advised to ensure you are dealing with
a company you can trust find a reputable
Company, one which is registered and supplies
you with a registered company address.
One which has a fixed phone line. If the
company you are dealing with only have
an email or mobile number be cautious!
It is useful to deal with a company that
you can contact in the UK and in Turkey.
Do not sign documents you do not understand.
Do not accept a ‘power of attorney’
unless you are fully aware of its pertainment.
Never pay a deposit without a proper contract
and receipt. If in doubt seek independent
legal advice.

and information meeting.
We will be happy

chosen resort and properties either by
post or email. We could come and visit
you, bringing with us all the latest information
and details we have on the properties
that we feel will best meet your needs.
We will show you photos and plans of new
developments, photos of the resorts and
tourist information. We will try to answer
any questions you have and show you how
the Turkish property purchasing procedure
works. We will also explain all about
our after-sales service. Please remember
this is an information meeting and it
will not be possible to purchase or put
down a deposit on a holiday home at this
meeting. Before you do that, we suggest,
if you are interested, you join us on
one of our property visits to Turkey.

visits to Turkey.
This year, we will
be arranging discounted property viewing
trips to Turkey. visiting Alanya, Kusadasi,
Bodrum, Altinkum, Marmaris, and Fethiye
from May to October. We will meet you
on arrival at the airport and travel with
you to your chosen resort throughout your
visit we will be available to assist you
with any concerns or queries you may have.
We will show you as many Turkish Holiday
Homes as you would like to see. If there
are any you would like to revisit, we
can arrange this. You will, of course,
have free time to explore the resorts
yourself. You choose the flights and accommodation
package that best suits you. At no time
will you encounter any form of pressure
sales tactics from our staff. It is against
company policy. None of our staff are
paid commission for a sale. We leave you
free to decide.
Purchase
meeting.
Once
you have found a property you would like
to purchase, we will arrange a purchase
meeting where we will explain the procedure
and show you a purchasing contract. You
will be asked for a deposit, a full receipt
will be given to you. We will do the rest,
keeping you informed of how your purchase
is proceeding and inviting you to join
our after-sales club.
