The Apartment is the lower half of a duplex, has a generous living-room with kitchen, two sofa-beds, TV, air-conditioning: a bedroom with twin beds and a small shady terrace.

The complex is run as a "residence" with 24-hour reception, bar and small restaurant, good-sized pool with children's pool, waterfall and plenty of sun beds. There is a supermarket within less than 5 minutes' walk and dolmus stop at the end of the road.
Bodrum harbour with its restaurants and Castle is about 12/15 minutes' walk.

Rates are quoted including linen and cleaning, excluding electricity.
