We will take you to the Water Board and local Council Offices for your Council Tax which is paid yearly approximately £25. There is also a yearly fee of £390 to be paid for the upkeep of the complex. This is due on 30th of June 2004. This complex has great rental potential, if you wish to rent your property out we will manage it for you.
