Sevim Apartments is situated in Altinkum on the
Aegean coast of Turkey.
It is 1 hour 15 minutes away from Bodrum Airport
and 2 hours away from Izmir International Airport.
Sevim Apartments is within 10 minutes walk from
the main beach of Altinkum. It is very close to
all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets,
banks, doctors surgery and bus route. Sevim Apartments
complex has 42 apartments within four blocks.
It has 6 lower ground floor apartments, 12 ground
floor apartments, 12 first floor apartments and
12 duplex penthouses.

SECURITY OF
THE SITE:
Each apartment is fitted
with security doors. The main entrance to each
apartment block has its own locking system. It
is a walled complex with one entrance and 2 caretakers
will oversee the security of your property in
your absence as part of our property management
service. In addition the balconies will be built
to 1.20 meters which is 10 cm above the new safety
standard height.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
SERVICE:
If you wish we can have
your home cleaned for you so you can start your
holiday as soon as you arrive. You may need help
for paying household bills; telephone and electric
can be paid by Direct Debit. We will take you
to the Water Board and local Council Offices for
your Council Tax which is paid annually, approximately
£50. There is also an annual fee of £390
to be paid for the upkeep of the complex. This
is due on March 30, 2005.
CONSTRUCTION
STANDARDS:
Metal Standards: In Turkish
building regulations the thickness of iron for
a 3.5 storey building is 8mm and 12mm. In a 6.5
storey high building it is 10mm and 14mm.
Cement Standards: In Turkish building regulations
the cement required for a 3.5 storey building
is C20, but in our buildings we use C25 which
is strong enough to build 6.5 storey high building.
External Walls: In Turkey, the walls are built
with 13.5cm single breeze blocks in standard constructions,
but we use 8.5cm breeze blocks then 5cm insulation
then again 8.5cm breeze blocks. The last external
coating will be mosaic BTB. This style will decrease
maintenance costs and increase the durability.
