Golden Crystal Apartments are situated in Altinkum on the Aegean Coast of Turkey. It is 1 hour and 15 minutes drive away from Bodrum Airport, and 2 hours drive from Izmir International Airport.

Golden Crystal Apartments are within a 5 minute walk from the main beach of Altinkum. It is very close to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, doctors surgery and bus route.

Golden Crystal Apartment Complex has 19 apartments within two blocks. It has 5 Ground Floor apartments, 6 First Floor apartments, 4 Second Floor apartments, 2 x 3 Bedroom Penthouse Duplexes and 2 x 4 Bedroom Penthouse Duplexes.


Facilities:

The complex has an adult’s swimming pool (depth 1.20m to 1.60 m), property management, security, sun terraces, table tennis, fitness area and mini market. Wheelchair access is also available.

Construction Standards :

Metal Standards:
In Turkish building regulations, the thickness of iron for a 3.5 storey building is 8mm and 12mm. In a 6.5 storey high building it is 10mm and 14mm.

Cement Standards:
In Turkish building regulations, the cement required for a 3.5 storey building is C20, but in our buildings we use C25, which is strong enough to build a 6.5 storey high building.

External Walls:
In Turkey, the walls are built with 13.5cm single breeze blocks in standard constructions, but we use 8.5cm breeze blocks, then 5cm insulation, then again 8.5cm breeze blocks.
The last external coating will be mosaic BTB. This style will decrease maintenance costs and increase durability.

Property Management Services:

If you wish we can have your home cleaned for you, so you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive. You may also need help when paying household bills. Telephone and Electricity bills can be paid by Direct Debit. We will also take you to the water board and local Council offices for your Council Tax, which is paid annually, approximately £150.
