Metal
Standards: In Turkish building regulations
the thickness of iron for a 4.5 storey building
is 8mm and 12mm. In a 6.5 storey high building
it is 10mm and 14mm.
Cement
Standards: In Turkish building regulations
the cement required for a 4.5 storey building
is C20, but in our buildings we use C25 which
is strong enough to build 6.5 storey high building.
External
Walls: In Turkey, the walls are built
with 13.5cm single breeze blocks in standard
constructions, but we use 8.5cm breeze blocks
then 5cm insulation then again 8.5cm breeze
blocks. The last external coating will be weather-
proof paint This style will decrease maintenance
costs and increase the durability.
Our clients safety is always of the utmost importance
to us and is reflected in the height of our
balconies. Our balconies are 1m20cm the standard
E.U. height being only 1 m 10 cm. Doors are
fitted with security locks and 24 hour security
is on site.
