Geological investigation reports concerning earthquake areas have stated that the ground fully complies with the regulations.

In the Complex:

The Construction:

The construction will be steel reinforced concrete.

The walls will be constructed of bricks.

All walls will be doubled and insulated for noise control.

Each block will have a substructure sewer system.

The exterior walls will be plastered and painted high quality emulsion paint.

The building's entrance floor and stairs will be marble.

A solar energy system will be supplied which is supported by an electrical heating support system.

Covered balconies will be tiled with ceramic tiles and edged in marble with the railings being constructed of ironwork.

The Roof Construction:

Insulation against humidity.

3-fold insulation against heat and cold.

Roof tiles will be fireproof, gutters set in concrete.

All drain pipes will be of plastic.

The roof will be under faced.

Interior:

One Air-conditioning unit is provided in the salon and master bedroom.

The inner walls will be plastered and painted with satin washable paint

Decorative coving will be provided between the ceiling and the walls.

Tiles and Floor coverings:

First class ceramics will be used in the apartments. Our customers will be able to select these if they purchase off plan.

Bathrooms are fully tiled from floor to ceiling.

Windows and Doors:

The front door will be a safety door constructed of steel. Interior doors will be wooden American panel.

PVC double glazed windows with insulation are installed throughout.

Kitchen:

The kitchen units will be wooden MDF and painted. The Kitchen will be fitted with a marble worktop.

The wall between the worktop and the cupboards will be tiled in ceramic wall tiles.

Ventilation:

The bathrooms, toilets and storage rooms are fitted with a mechanically operated ventilation system.

The bathroom will be fitted with designer bathroom furnishings. All bathrooms will be fitted with a toilet.

General information:

Energy savers and smoke detectors will be fitted as standard.

White fittings and air conditioning units come with a 2 to 3 years guarantee.

Integral safe boxes will be supplied.

Adequate electrical sockets will be fitted in all rooms including terraces.
